Required fields

This form is a preview. Sign-ups are not open on this page yet.

Choose any roles you would like to test, including all four. This is an expression of interest, not an account registration. Section 04 is part of the beta-interest form. Please complete the questions that apply to the roles you select; where offered, you can choose “Prefer not to answer.”

How would you like to take part?

Select at least one. You can wear more than one hat.

How should we contact you?

The name you'd like us to use. It does not need to be your legal name.

Only add an address you control and are happy for us to contact.

These questions are optional unless you select Game Master or Player. No experience is needed.

Your tabletop experience

You don't need previous tabletop experience to express interest.

Count sessions, not campaigns. Four meetings of the same campaign count as four sessions. Do not count the same session as both hosting and playing. Enter 0 for no sessions; estimates are fine.

Help shape NerdQuestr

Tell us what you need from a platform like this. Your answers help us plan beta testing and decide what to build next. Questions for Game Masters, players, artists, and event creators appear based on the roles you select.

This is not anonymous: your answers arrive with your contact details. We will not share your name, email or identifiable responses in non-identifying summaries.

Customer research questions

Please answer the questions that apply to you. For the paid-session questions, you can enter a number or choose “Prefer not to answer.”

Choose where you'll usually take part. We do not request your device location.

This might relate to finding a game, filling seats, reaching art customers or promoting an event. Do not include anyone else's personal information.

This helps us send relevant beta invitations. It is not a commitment or permission for unrelated marketing.

Before you submit
For beta contact and customer research.

Your contact permission covers beta invitations and participation, not unrelated marketing. Section 04 collects customer-research information used for product planning and non-identifying business or funding summaries. Your submission is processed by Google Apps Script and saved in NerdQuestr's private Google Sheet. A notification is sent to our beta inbox when available; the sheet is our application record. Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Read the beta privacy notice (opens in a new tab) before submitting.

Do not include passwords, payment details, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

Submitting does not guarantee an invitation or create a NerdQuestr account. The next screen is our Google-hosted confirmation page. Please wait for it to say whether your application was saved.
